Hello, and welcome to the Source 1 DJ Services website.  Source 1 DJ Services is a full service mobile DJ company featuring experienced DJs, KJs and MCs.  We also provide Magicians and Clowns  per specific customer request.  Our company was originally founded in Chicago, in the year 1990, by our owner Paul Kloiber and his partner.  We were a small two man DJ company featuring club/radio DJ Paul Kloiber (on air name Paul Kayne) and DJ/MC Bobby Weilen.  For most of the early ‘90’s, Source 1 was hired to perform at weddings, clubs and corporate parties.  In 1995, the partnership dissolved and Mr. Weilen went on to do other things. 

Since Mr. Kloiber established Source 1 as one of the most professional DJ companies in the Chicago Metropolitan area, he decided to branch out instead of closing shop.  Bringing in the talents of Patrick Henry, Big Paul Bilyeu and Fred Berrens, the Chicago office flourished and branched out southward to cover the Merrillville/Crown Point area.  While that area was being solidified as our point of origin, a new home base was established in the middle of the Chicago-Milwaukee corridor, Kenosha, WI.  With the new office offering services covering all of the far North suburbs as well as all of  Southeastern WI, our reputation grew.  With the addition of Kevin Mullis in 1998, we quickly became the favorites among hall managers and fellow wedding vendors for our deep music library, upbeat personalities, and professional attitude when working.

Today, Source 1 is one of the most often recommended DJ companies in three states. We still feature all of our original crew plus the talents of Mark Wolski as well as those of Mike Kloiber, the son of our owner.  Through our service and attention to detail, we have become the DJ service of choice for such prominent clients as The Italian American Club in Kenosha, WI and Your Perfect Day Wedding Planners in Racine, WI.  For more references from the people in the wedding and event industry, check out our “References” link on the main page.
